Locating your 7 digit student/employee number and your 4 digit birth pin

** NEW: Your Username and Password are now required for both on and off campus **
To login to databases you will need:
- Your 7 digit student or employee I.D. number, found on your student or staff I.D. card
- Your 4 digit pin number, which is your 2 digit month and 2 digit day of birth.
Example: May 25th = 0525
You will be prompted for these before using any of our Research Databases. For students, this information is given to us from the Registrar’s Office. Staff and faculty can contact the library to confirm their employee I.D. number and pin information.

If you believe you are a valid user but your ID number and PIN are not being accepted by the system, please contact the Library during business hours so that we can verify your information.
